The pain is more of a numbing stabbing pain, not a sharp pain. But it still hurts bad.
I can feel it every time I eat or drink something (only drink water) Had it for 4 days now
I have no signs of a cold or heartburn
I’m 19 years old, boy
Very low on money so no doctor trip for me

It sounds like an esophagus injury. That can happen as a result of swallowing a small bone with a sharp edge. less likely, swallowing stuff to big can stretch the esophagus. In either case the result is the symptoms you describe. Be sure to swallow foods in small portions and drink fluid slowly. The symptoms should gradually diminish if you eat carefully like that. If it doesn’t go away inside of a month, email me. You can do that by clicking on my Avatar.
